Brasil joins the Haague system
The Haague system which was established in order to allow international registration of designs founded more than 95 years ago and functioning ever since until today, has got a new member state – Brasil. This country is becoming the 96th member state of this international design protection system, right after Mauritius, that became member state in February 2023 with effectiveness starting from May 2023.
